Daniel Feldman

Co-Founder, Chief Executive Office 

Daniel has more than 25 years experience building digital media, Internet, and healthcare marketing businesses as an entrepreneur, consultant, and strategic planner. He is the co-founder and CEO of MyHealthAngel, and Managing Partner at Woodleigh Ventures LLC. He began marketing to the senior audience back in the early 2000’s and saw that this group had specific needs that were not being met.  He quickly realized that by exercising compassion in communication, he could solve many daily issues facing seniors. This was the genesis for MyHealthAngel.

Daniel is an initial investor and adviser of Start-Up Health, an international incubator that has nurtured over 300 healthcare startups. He helped the company achieve critical mass and secure major investments from General Electric, among others.

Daniel was the co-founder and president of, a NASDAQ-traded global promotion and direct marketing technology company that was sold to iVillage Inc. (Nasdaq: IVIL) in 2002. Daniel graduated from George Washington University in 1992 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business and Finance. He currently resides with his wife Nicolle in South Florida, and they have two children.



David Stein

Co-Founder, Chief Operating Officer

David has more than 25 years of experience building, operating and creating sales and service businesses in finance, marketing and healthcare. Prior to his role as co-founder of MyHealthAngel, David was the President of CareFree Health Services, Inc., an accredited Medicare provider.  Under his leadership David built Carefree into one of the largest direct to consumer marketer of medical supplies to the senior community.  In 2011, he founded Direct Student Aid and served as President until it was sold in 2015.  He went on to co-found China Direct, Inc. (NasdaqGM: CDII) where he took on the role of COO. Under his leadership, China Direct went from a startup to revenues of over $200 million within two years. A veteran of Wall Street, he has extensive experience in venture capital and private equity investments, capital structure, business acquisitions and shareholder relations. Throughout his career, David has created more than a $1 billion worth of mark capitalization and secured more than $250 million in investment capital.

David graduated from Boston University in 1993 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. He currently resides with his wife Jennifer and their three children in South Florida.



Keith Clougherty

Chief Revenue Officer 

Keith is the Chief Revenue Officer of MyHealthAngel, responsible for revenue generation, partnership development, expanding product line and opening new media channels.

He is an entrepreneurial leader with a focus on strategic planning, revenue creation through direct sales and marketing, partnership development, business rollouts, and data analytics in various tech fields including digital media, on demand streaming services, and face to face learning.

His experience includes: General Partner at Greyson Holdings, a company for personal investments, SaaS Student Success Software Company, Hospitality company, Enterprise HR Software company and content web business.

Keith also started and grew two companies over the past 15 years in the digital marketing / e-commerce and SAAS space navigating growth with angel investors, VC and private equity firms to achieve scale and ultimately acquisition.


Michael George

Director of Technology

As MyHealthAngel’s Director of Technology, Michael George leads the company's technology utilization to work smarter. He helps further its goals in member acquisition and relationship building through the right platforms. He supports the marketing team's efforts in helping to expand MyHealthAngel's valuable Concierge functions and is responsible for determining which platforms to use for accepting digital leads, phone-based leads, direct marketing calls, builds landing page coordinates, and more.

Prior to joining MyHealthAngel, Michael worked with MyHealthAngel’s Co-Founder, David Stein, at CareFree Health Services, a large mail-order medical equipment provider where he was Director of IT and later promoted to VP of Operations, handling compliance for Medicare clients. Michael helped grow CareFree's membership from 1,200 members to 25,000 members within just four years.  Before coming onboard at CareFree, Michael ran his own IT consulting firm, where he developed business software for scheduling, CRM, process automation, and more. 

Michael lives in Boca Raton, Florida with his wife and teenage son.
